About this service
Guidance from people who do the work.
Africa is a continent of 54 countries, each with its own laws, markets, cultures, and opportunities. Many promising projects fail not for lack of ambition, but for lack of experienced guidance on the ground. The B.Y. Foundation closes that gap.
Our founder, Yaw Barwuah, holds an MBA and is completing an MSc in Entrepreneurship, and brings more than 15 years of practical experience delivering projects in Ghana and West Africa. Through the foundation, he offers free, confidential consultancy to individuals and organisations planning a project in Africa or Germany.

Career Counselling and Professional Coaching
Guiding young people from secondary school to university and into their professional lives.
Choosing a field of study or a career is one of the most important decisions a young person will make. Yet many students make it without access to experienced guidance. The B.Y. Foundation is committed to changing that.
For many years, our career coaching programme has supported students in identifying their strengths, pursuing their passions, and taking confident steps towards their chosen professions. We believe that the right guidance at the right moment can shape an entire future.
