Privacy policy
B.Y. Foundation e.V. is responsible for this website. You can reach the association at info@byfoundation.org or +49 151 24181189. Postal address and register number are available on request.
What this site collects
The pages themselves do not ask you to create an account, and they do not run advertising cookies. Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics only after you accept the notice. That count does not use a cookie and does not identify you. The contact, volunteer, newsletter, consultancy, travel, and shop-order forms send your message to the foundation by email. The website does not keep a copy of the form on its own servers.
When you write to us
If you email, call, or message on WhatsApp, the foundation uses those details to answer you and, where you asked, to talk about volunteering, partnership, donations, consultancy, travel, or an order. That processing is based on your request and on the association’s legitimate need to reply.
Other services
- WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and GoFundMe are separate services. If you follow a link, their own privacy rules apply.
- The gallery page loads players from YouTube. YouTube’s own privacy rules apply.
- Contact, volunteer, newsletter, consultancy, travel, and shop-order forms are delivered through FormSubmit to the foundation’s email address. FormSubmit’s own privacy rules apply.
- The site is hosted on Vercel. The host may process technical connection data, such as an IP address, to deliver the pages securely.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google when a page opens.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data the foundation holds about you, ask for correction or deletion, and object to certain uses. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To use these rights, write to info@byfoundation.org.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, the foundation uses the address you give to send occasional notes about the work. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to info@byfoundation.org.
