We are officially B.Y. Foundation e.V.

We are finally registered as an organisation in Germany. From today, the foundation carries the name B.Y. Foundation e.V.

e.V. stands for eingetragener Verein, a registered association. It means the foundation is entered in the German register of associations, is led by an elected board, and is accountable to its members.

For the people we serve, the work stays the same: education, healthcare, nutrition, clean water, and skills that lead to a livelihood. What changes is the footing underneath it. A registered association can enter formal partnerships, apply for funding, and show supporters exactly how it is run.

Congratulations to everyone in Germany who helped make this happen. Our special thanks go to Notary Meyer for the professional services to our organisation.
